Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with tracking immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update as my post office normally doesn't scan packages until 11PM!  If you don't receive a tracking number please email us.


You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds are given for damaged products only. Damaged products must be returned within 5 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your product, you may exchange it for a store credit within 5 days of receiving. CUSTOM ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
